IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- – Specified billing contact person will be emailed an invoice for payment by check or credit card. Check or credit card information must be received at least 14 days prior to the class date.
- – Cancellation policy – Payments are non-refundable if not canceled within 14 days prior to Training Event Date. “No shows” are non-refundable. The Agency MAY substitute another in the cancelling student’s place, if the registered student cannot make it. If this option is taken, the substitute must provide all required information to the instructor of the class, in order to receive certification.
